I researched vision for structural monitoring, UAV and underwater localization, marker tracking, crack inspection and marine sensing. I built feature-based VO/VIO and localization workflows, uncertainty and sensitivity studies, YOLO segmentation experiments, triplet-loss verification, and marker-based 6-DoF tracking systems.

I captured the controlled underwater SUBVO sequence with calibrated camera data and measured positional ground truth. I evaluated preprocessing and feature pipelines for low-contrast imagery and implemented monocular visual-odometry components through trajectory validation.
